Romantically designed accordion pleat ruffle blouse in a dark elderberry purple. Oliver Paris placed the ruffles around the stand collar and on the shoulders into the front bust. Added a thin bow tie to the neck. Long sleeves with button cuffs. Straight cut blouson shape with a straight across hemline. Buttons down the front.
