I’m very happy to present a beautiful modern day princess dress in layers of dark blue chiffon. Designed in America by Victor Costa for Holt Renfrew. It has ruched wide shoulder straps over a ruched empire waist bodice. A waterfall of pleated layers of chiffon cascade from the center falling away to the floor. Lined in light polyester fabric. Invisible zipper up the back with hooks.
